    House & Family History: Charles Darwin was a frequent visitor to Woodhouse between 1828 and 1833 to see his childhood sweetheart, Fanny Mostyn-Owen. Woodhouse is the family home of the first wife of Boris Johnson, mayor of London in 2009.
