    House & Family History: West Woodhay is one of the earliest examples of a post-Jones Caroline house.

  • Chapel & Church: The Medieval church southeast of the house was replaced by Sir John Vanbrugh circa 1718; it was, in turn, demolished by A.W. Blomfield circa 1882.
