House & Family History: During World War II Walcot was used as an operations center for the U.S. Air Force. In 2003 the Dennis family sued the Ministry of Defence, claiming £9 million in damages for disturbances and lost Estate revenue over the past 20 years resulting from Harrier jets at nearby RAF Wittering.
Garden & Outbuildings: Walcot is today a 1,380-acre agricultural and sporting estate.
