    House & Family History: Valence House is the only surviving manor house in Dagenham.

    Collections: 17th century paneling from Belhus House was reinstalled in Valence House after the demolition of Belhus in the 1950s.

  • Garden & Outbuildings: The house is set on a partially moated site. The park is home to one of the Great Trees of London, a Holm oak.
