House & Family History: Home of the Jameson family, direct descendants of whiskey distiller John Jameson, Tourin is an Italianate style villa situated on the banks of the River Blackwater with views of the Knockmealdown Mountains. The house was built in the 1840s by Richard Musgrave, ancestor of the current owners, and features lovely interiors focused on a magnificent imperial staircase.
Garden & Outbuildings: Tourin House is surrounded by a superb 15-acre garden with mature broadleaved trees, a fine collection of shrubs and plants, and a 17th century tower house.
