The Heath House (Heath Hall)

    House & Family History: The Heath House is a 19th century house in the Tudor Gothic built for John Burton Phillips, the owner of Tean Hall Mills in Checkley. The house is built on an H-plan, with an attached L-shaped Service Wing. In June of 2006 The Heath House and 127 acres were put up for sale for £4 million; the house didn't sell and the listing was withdrawn in 2009. In early 2021 the house, together with 404 acres, was listed for sale for £6.25 million.
