Smethwick Grove (The Grove)

  • House & Family History: It's very likely that the Lunar Society had some meetings at Smethwick Grove, as one of the society's members, James Keir, lived here in the early 19th century. Smethwick Grove was demolished in the 1860s; the site of the House now forms part of St. George's Works.
