The entrance facade from a 1910 postcard
Philipps House, Wiltshire, with which Pythouse shares a very similar facade.
The house from the park
House & Family History: The columned entrance facade is very similar to Wyatville's early 19th century facade for nearby Philipps House (see "Images" section). Pythouse was formerly owned by the Country Houses Association and used by them as a retirement home until their financial collapse, after which the house was converted to condos.
