Plumber Manor (Plumber House)

  • Earlier Houses: An earlier Jacobean house burned circa 1700; the current, smaller, house was built near the site of the earlier house.

House & Family History: For a time Plumber Manor was used as a farmhouse before being rescued in the inter-war period. In 1973 Plumber opened as a "restaurant with rooms," a tradition carried on to this day.
