House & Family History: For much of the 20th century Pendower Hall was owned by the Newcastle city government, who operated it as a teachers' college. In July of 2017 the House was purchased by Newcastle wealth management firm Tier One Capital from the council for £816,000. Tier One will convert Pendower into a wedding, conference, and business center.
Garden & Outbuildings: The House sits on the route of Hadrian's Wall.
