Mounton House

  • House & Family History: Between 1950 and 1999 the house served as a school. Mounton House was listed for sale in 2001 and converted into 17 flats in 2002. In the 2010s the house was reconverted back into a single family home.

  • Garden & Outbuildings: Garden urns from Brasted Place, Kent, were installed by Avray Tipping in the garden at Mounton in the early 20th century. The gardens were restored in the early 21st century to their original Avray Tipping design.
