Minley Manor

  • Built / Designed For: Raikes Currie

    House & Family History: Famously modeled on the Chateau at Blois, Minley was built in the mid-19th century for Raikes Currie, a partner in Glyn Mills Bank. The house was purchased by the Ministry of Defence in the mid-20th century and sold by them in 2014 in excess of the £5 million guide price. The purchaser, a development firm, converted the house into an exclusive event venue.
