    House & Family History: By 1901 Milnsbridge House had been divided into five homes. In the early 21st century the house was put on the English Heritage Buildings at Risk Register. In June of 2003 planning permission was granted to convert Milnsbridge House into 11 flats; it is unclear, as of 2024, if this conversion took place.
