House & Family History: Known as "The Windsor of Scotland," Loudoun was an enormous castle style house that contained over 90 apartments. The famous Library, over 100 long, held a collection of over 11,000 books.
Garden & Outbuildings: Loudoun Castle was a theme park set around the ruins of Loudoun Castle; the park opened in 1995 and closed at the end of the 2010 season.
