Lea Hall

  • House & Family History: Lea Hall is perhaps best known today as the home of the noted naturalist and antiquarian Sir Charles Anderson (1804-91). In the mid-20th century the House was a convent, after which it fell into ruin and was finally demolished in 1973. The Butler's Pantry survives and is today the office for Lea Park.
