Kippen House (Kippen Turner)

    House & Family History: In 1950 the Kippen Estate was broken up and sold off in separate lots; at the same time the house was purchased by the local council for £53,000 and used as a school. In the 1970s Kippen House was converted into a hotel; in the 1990s it became a care home, a purpose it continues to serve today.
