Gadgirth House (Gadgirth Castle)

  • Earlier Houses: The medieval Gadgirth Castle was demolished in 1808 and replaced by Gadgirth House. John Knox held a service at Gadgirth and Mary, Queen of Scots, supposedly spent a night at the Castle.
