  • House & Family History: In 1964 Charles Boise, the last private owner, bequeathed Emmetts to the National Trust.

  • Garden & Outbuildings: Located on one of the highest spots in Kent, Emmetts is famous for its garden, laid out in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Planted with many rare and exotic trees and shrubs, Emmetts Garden is noted for its bluebell wood and for a massive Wellingtonia that is the tallest tree in Kent.
