Garden & Outbuildings: Sir Walter Gilbey manufactured Elsenham Jam ("the most expensive jam in the world") on the Elsenham Hall Estate (the jam is still produced at a factory in Wales). The Elsenham stables were converted into a separate home and sold away from the Estate.
