Dunstall Hall

  • Earlier Houses: There was a house of the 2nd Earl of Derby on the site of the current house by the 12th century, probably a hunting lodge in the Royal Forest of Needwood.

    House & Family History: In 2007, following an extensive renovation and refurbishment program, Dunstall Hall was relaunched as a corporate events venue. In 2013 the house and 85 acres were listed for sale for £5 million. In July 2014 Nottingham Forest Football Club owner Fawaz Al Hasawi purchased Dunstall for £4 million.
