Cotterstock Hall (Cotterstock Manor House)

  • House & Family History: John Dryden was a relation of the Booths of Cotterstock and was a frequent visitor to House. Cotterstock has received recent attention because of its use as a location for the 2012 movie "The Woman in Black." The star, Daniel Radcliffe (of Harry Potter fame), said of the House: "Cotterstock Hall is a remarkable building bursting with Gothic grandeur – perfect for 'The Woman In Black.'"
