Compton Bassett House

  • Earlier Houses: Two earlier houses stood near the current house: a 15th-16th century house that was replaced by a 17th century house (altered in the 19th century), which was itself demolished circa 1929-30, when the stableblock was converted into the current house.

    House & Family History: In 2021 the house, together with 72 acres, was listed for sale for £6.75 million by pop star Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Fields.
