Built / Designed For: Sir John de Clevedon
House & Family History: Clevedon was built by Sir John de Clevedon, circa 1320, incorporating parts of a massive 13th century tower and Great Hall. Though the House was altered and added to during the Elizabethan period, much of the original building is still evident.
Collections: Clevedon contains many striking Eltonware pots and vases and a collection of Nailsea glass.
Garden & Outbuildings: There is a fine 18th century terraced garden.
