The House from a 1908 postcard
Built / Designed For: Peter Seynthill (Sainthill)
House & Family History: The Sainthills were Royalists, so it's not surprising that Charles I stayed here overnight in early 1644 (today's master bedroom is known as the King Charles Room to commemorate his visit). In July of 2020 Bradninch, together with seven acres, was listed for sale for £3.5 million.
