House & Family History: At the time of the demolition of Billingbear House some architectural elements were purchased from the house and reinstalled in Bulmershe Court. An entire room from Billingbear was sold to an American at the same time; the room survives today at Pace University in New York City.
Collections: The contents were sold in October 1923.
Garden & Outbuildings: On part of the former grounds of the house today is the Billingbear Park Golf Course.
