Built / Designed For: Charles Coote, 1st Earl of Bellamont.
House & Family History: The design of Bellamont Forest was purportedly based on Palladio's Villa Rotonda at Vicenza and Villa Pisani at Montagnana. In 2015, the House, together with approximately 600 acres, sold for €2 million.
Comments: Bellamont is frequently called "The most perfect Palladian villa in Ireland."
