A 1817-18 hand-colored aquatint of the house from "Picturesque Rides and Walks, with Excursions by Water, Thirty Miles Round the British Metropolis," by John Hassell. The house is not anywhere near this adorable today :-(
House & Family History: Between 2004 and 2017 Abbotswick House served as a Catholic house of prayer operated by the Community of Our Lady of Walsingham. In 2018, after the COLW moved to the Shrine of Walsingham in Norfolk, the house reopened as Walsingham House at Abbotswick, a day retreat for young people and adults.
Collections: The contents were sold onsite September 6, 1883.
