Built / Designed For: James Master
House & Family History: Yotes Court, which Colvin said was a "precursor of the type of gentry houses that became fashionable after the Restoration," is rare example of a country house built during the Commonwealth. During the late 20th-early 21st century the house served as a hotel and wedding venue. It was converted back into a single family residence in 2009.
