Garden & Outbuildings: Nottingham City Council purchased Woodthorpe Grange in 1921; the council converted the house into offices and opened the grounds as a public park in 1922. The park today includes a tropical plant house, a nursery, landscaped gardens, football pitches, a children’s play area, and a cafe.
