Uxbridge House (Queensberry House) (7 Burlington Gardens)

    House & Family History: Considered a significant early Palladian design, Uxbridge House has served many uses over the years. In 1855 it was converted to a branch of the Bank of England and later became a branch of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Since 2005 the first two floors have been leased by Abercrombie & Fitch as their flagship English store. The House is noted for its coffered plasterwork by Joseph Rose over the stairs.
