Henshall Hall

    House & Family History: Henshall was a large 19th century diapered brick Gothic style house noted for its enormous top-lit Staircase Hall. The Hall's ceiling was modeled on the Council Chamber ceiling of Macclesfield Town Hall (both were designed by the same architect). Henshall was demolished in 1975 and replaced by a housing development.
