House & Family History: In the 20th century the house was divided into seven flats; in the early 21st century Hawley Park was reconverted back into a single-family residence. The house, together with 17 acres, was listed for sale in 2023 for £5.75 million.
Garden & Outbuildings: In the 18th century John Norris built a tower folly in Bagshot Heath, then a part of the Hawley Park Estate located in Surrey. Called "the obelisk" by locals, by the mid-20th century the folly was derelict; by the early 21st century only the Grade II-listed base remained. The obelisk is today located in Camberley Park, a public park operated by Surrey Heath Council. The house is today set in 17 acres of grounds.
