Cloan House

  • House & Family History: Legend has it that, while staying at Cloan in 1925, author J.M .Barrie had a wager with the archbishop of Canterbury that he could flick a stamp onto the ceiling of the drawing room. Barrie won the bet and the stamp is supposedly still there today. The house, together with 55 acres, sold for £1 million in December of 2015.
