House & Family History: Benham is a stone house, nine bays wide and three stories high, with a fine portico of four unfluted Ionic columns. The House was sold in 2011 to developers Harry Marriott and Michael Fresson for £5 million and later served as offices for a number of IT companies.
Comments: Pevsner calls the Gatepiers and Lodges at the northeast corner "excellent."
Garden & Outbuildings: The Gatepiers on the northwest corner are believed to have come from Hamstead Marshall.
