House & Family History: The entrance façade is of circa 1700, while the large bow is of 1790. The staircase window contains 15th century stained glass. Babington was inherited by successive members of the Knatchbull family until 1952, when the house and immediate grounds were sold. In 1998 Nick Jones, who founded the Soho House club in Soho, London, purchased the estate and converted it to a hotel, club, and wedding venue.
Garden & Outbuildings: Babington contains a fine walled garden that produces fruits and vegetables for the tables of the guests at the hotel.
Chapel & Church: The Grade I-listed Church of St. Margaret is extant.
